Is gratuity included in the quote?
Gratuity is not included. In cases where a tip jar is not appropriate, the host is responsible for a gratuity. Gratuity is to be discussed.
Do you serve the food upon delivery?
No, we do not serve the food at your event. Upon arrival, we will set up food in the desired warming stations, then we will depart from your event.
Mobile Bartending Frequently Asked Questions
How is pricing determined in a quote for bartending services?
Pricing is based on your event type, estimated number of guests and hours of services needed. A date cannot be confirmed until the non-refundable deposit of 50% and the contract is submitted. The remaining balance will need to be paid no later than one week prior to the event date.
How many guests do your prices accommodate?
Our food and beverage packages accommodate a minimum of 50 guests. We do offer services for events totaling over and under 50 guests, but a more custom price quote will need to be rendered. Each client and each event is unique.
What happens to the non-refundable deposit if the scheduled event must be canceled?
If a client cancels an event, any non-refundable deposit and non-refundable payments remain non-refundable. If cancellation is initiated by Cooking With Classie LLC all monies paid to Cooking With Classie LLC from the client shall be fully refunded including retainer fee. Any refund shall be paid out at month’s end.
Do you charge extra for services on major holidays?
Yes. We charge a flat fee of $100 for major holidays, including: New Years Eve, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Labor Day, St. Patrick's Day, Memorial Day, Cinco De Mayo, 4th of July, Halloween
Do you provide the alcohol for the event?
By law, we are not able to provide alcohol for any event. A business/establishment must be licensed to “sell” liquor in each state. As a mobile bartender, we provide the service, but do not have the license to sell alcohol. This is very common with mobile bartending services, purchasing alcohol is the responsibility of the client. We will assist you with the type and amount of liquor you should buy in our detailed shopping list, please ask all questions during your consultation. We do offer a concierge service of picking up the alcohol from where you purchase it from. Ask us more about this service!
What is the minimum number of hours required for bartending services?
Each package requires a minimum of 4 hours. This minimum does not include the free hour of setup and cleanup that comes with every package. Additional service hours are available upon request for a flat rate of $100 per hour.
How many bartenders will I need?
We recommend one (1) bartender for every 65 guests.
Can I just hire a bartender only and none of the extras?
Yes, we do have Bartender Only services. This service can be purchased for $300, with a minimum of 4 hours. If you need these services on a holiday, there will be a surcharge of $100. With the Bartender Only package, we only provide premium bar tools, and the client is responsible for everything outside of this.

How do I access my E-book?
Once purchased, customers will receive an email with a digital file (.pdf) powered by SendOwl Downloads with your Order number. Immediately after receiving your order confirmation from Cooking With Classie you will receive an email from SendOwl Downloads with the same order number containing a link to your downloadable purchased items.
Does the E-book come with unlimited downloads?
No. Each purchase comes with 3 digital downloads.
Does the E-book expire?
No, the E-book does not expire. But once you download it is recommended you save the PDF file to your device(s) to ensure longevity.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. But please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve any potential issues.
Processing and Shipping times?
All orders of the Ultimate Book of Wingz (Hard Copy) are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders will be shipping through the United States Postal Service. At the time your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to allow you to track your parcels delivery schedule. We are not in control of the delivery date, please be patient as delivery times have increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
